We would like to introduce a case study of the implementation of an automatic rotating nozzle for conveyor cleaning at a certain food factory. In this factory, the plates used in the filling process were cleaned manually with brushes, which involved inefficient operations of moving several plates and opening doors for cleaning. Additionally, the rinsing efficiency after foam cleaning was poor, resulting in the use of a large amount of water. By introducing a conveyor-specific rotating nozzle, the manual cleaning tasks were eliminated through high-impact automatic cleaning, significantly improving operational efficiency.
